About This Benefit

Honorably discharged veterans who served at least 90 days of active duty during a period of war may attend Connecticut State Universities, community colleges or the University of Connecticut tuition‑free (excluding fees, books and room/board).

State Tuition Waiver is a state benefit administered by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for eligible veterans in Connecticut.
