The VASH program provides permanent housing assistance to eligible DC resident veterans who are chronically homeless. Includes Abrams Hall with 77 long-term housing units specifically for homeless veterans.

Veteran Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) is a state benefit administered by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for eligible veterans in District of Columbia.

To qualify, veterans must meet the following requirements: must be a resident of district of columbia; for homeless veterans or those at risk of homelessness.
