Free Beneficiary Financial Counseling is a federal benefit administered by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for eligible veterans across the United States.

To qualify, veterans must meet the following requirements: special circumstance: you are a beneficiary of servicemembers' group life insurance, traumatic servicemembers' group life insurance, family servicemembers' group life insurance, or veterans group life insurance..
