The North Carolina Scholarship for Children of Wartime Veterans provides up to 8 academic semesters of free tuition and fees at approved NC colleges and universities. Applicants must be under age 25, NC residents, and children of veterans who have a 100% disability, are deceased, or were former POW/MIA.
