The ND Dependent Tuition Waiver provides free tuition and fees at North Dakota state institutions of higher education for spouses and children of veterans who were killed in action, died from service-connected causes, or have a 100% service-connected . Benefits can be used for up to 45 months or 10 semesters toward a bachelor's degree or certificate.
