Free hearing aids. Available to veterans receiving benefits.

Free hearing aids is a federal benefit administered by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for eligible veterans across the United States.

To qualify, veterans must meet the following requirements: must receive va non-service-connected pension; must receive aid and attendance or housebound benefits.

Additional factors that may affect eligibility include: priority groups 1-4 may receive free hearing aids.
