No cost health care and prescription drugs for service connected disabilities is a federal benefit administered by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for eligible veterans across the United States.

To qualify, veterans must meet the following requirements: must have a service-connected disability.

Additional factors that may affect eligibility include: additional requirement: if income limits are met; camp lejeune veterans may qualify for no-cost healthcare for 15 covered conditions.
