VA Health Care. Available when: You have a new disability or an existing disability, which was aggravated during medical treatment, vocational rehabilitation or while participating in compensated work therapy.

VA Health Care is a federal benefit administered by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for eligible veterans across the United States.

Additional factors that may affect eligibility include: burn pit exposed veterans qualify for expanded va healthcare under the pact act; veterans with qualifying toxic exposures may be eligible under the pact act.
